We ship everything with JAPAN POST.  Shipping is calculated based on the total weight of your order. 

Accurate shipping rates will be shown at the CHECKOUT page.

After your payment is verified, it may take 4~7 business days to process and ship your order.

You can choose one of the following shipping options:

Please refer to the following situations if you are trying to return or get a refund.

A. The received items are broken / defective 收到的產品破損損壞之狀況

Only insured shipping methods, i.e. EMS and registered small packet, are eligible for a refund in such case. Please provide us photographic evidences of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. And we will process your claim with our carrier.
請務必在收到包裹當日起48小時內包含週六日及國定例假日 )檢查包裹,若發現產品有破損損壞之狀況,保持原包裝商品的完整狀態,並且提供拍攝損壞之產品照片,跟我們客服聯繫。此狀況只適用 使用EMS(國際快遞郵件服務 )和Registered Small Packet 「附掛號」小形包装物之寄件方式才可以索取理賠,我們將與營運商一起處理您的後續索賠事宜。 

B. My items never arrived 一直未收到包裹之狀況

Please understand delivery time depends on your countries' customs clearance rules and varies across different times of a year, especially during holiday seasons. In some extreme cases, it might take 2 months to arrive.

If your item never arrived, first double check if your shipping method provides a tracking number.

If tracking is available 有提供包裹追蹤號碼
You might want to check with your local carrier (usually the local post office). If it is being held in the customs, you will have to contact them directly; if the parcel hasn't been delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect given address, you won't be entitled a refund as well.

If tracking is NOT available 沒有提供包裹追蹤號碼: 
Orders are not refundable if you have chosen a shipping method without tracking. But you can of course contact us with your order number and we will try to file an investigation with our carrier. Though it might take weeks for the result.  

C. Missing order or received wrong items 產品缺少或寄錯產品之狀況

Please contact us as soon as you encountered any troubles with your order.

If we are confirmed that we shipped out the wrong or missing items in your order, we will re-ship the correct one to you and you will not be charged anything. (We might need you to return the wrong products though in some cases.)  

D. I don't like the product and simply want to return it 我不喜歡這個產品,單純只是想退貨之狀況

If the item is still in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that it was received, you can contact us and return the product. In this case you will have to pay for all the shipping charges. We will only refund you the amount of the product itself after it arrived to our return address.

 Final notes on returns 退換貨之最終說明:

  • Handmade items are unique and one of a kind. Each of them might be different slightly in terms of modeling and painting but that is the beauty of handmade products. We might not accept returns if what you receive it slightly different with our store pictures.
  • If your parcel arrived damaged, you are advised to take videos or pictures when unboxing as it can be used as a proof for us to claim insurance for you.
  • If anything happened and you are returning your order, please make sure that the item is still in original packaging, unused and in the same condition that it was received. We will process your return after it has successfully returned to us. 
    退換貨時,請務必保持原包裝商品的完整狀態 ( 包含商品、配件、商品內外包裝、贈品試用品、包裝紙盒..等),我們收到完整包裹後會立即後續處理退換貨事宜。
