SUN ARROW Vintage Dog Plushie - Sandy/Green Shirt(M)

From renowned Japanese plush maker Sun Arrow’s beloved Lucky Mac Sandy series, first released in 1982. Sandy has been adored for decades as one of the brand’s most iconic characters, treasured by collectors and fans of classic Japanese toys. While newer reproductions of Sandy exist, the original vintage versions truly capture the charm of Showa-era Japan with their playful and nostalgic designs.

We discovered this Sandy plush on a treasure-hunt find from an elderly lady, who told us it was purchased many years ago. The tag proudly reads Made in Japan, placing it in the 1980s before production later moved to China.

Used, in excellent overall condition. No visible dirt or damage. Only slight yellowing on the sleeve fabric. The plush has been gently cleaned with plushie cleaning spray.
