After your payment is confirmed, we will ship the items from either our Japan or Taiwan warehouse within 3 to 7 business days.
For custom orders, the processing time depends on the artist's production schedule. Typically, it takes an additional 14 to 20 days before we can begin shipping.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
Please refer to the following scenarios if you wish to return a product or request a refund:
A. Received items are broken or defective:Only insured shipping methods, such as EMS and registered small packet, qualify for a refund in such cases. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of receipt, and we will process a claim with our carrier.
B. Items never arrived:Please understand that delivery times are subject to your country's customs clearance rules and may vary throughout the year, especially during holiday seasons. In rare instances, it may take up to 2 months for items to arrive.
If your item has not arrived, first double-check if your shipping method includes a tracking number.
If tracking is available:
You may want to inquire with your local carrier (typically the local post office). If the parcel is held in customs, you will need to contact them directly. If the parcel has not been delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If tracking is NOT available:
Orders are not refundable if you have chosen a shipping method without tracking. However, you can contact us with your order number, and we will attempt to initiate an investigation with our carrier. Please note that it may take several weeks for a resolution.
C. Missing order or receiving incorrect items:
Please notify us immediately if you encounter any issues with your order. If we confirm that we shipped the wrong or missing items, we will resend the correct ones at no additional cost to you. In some cases, we may require you to return the incorrect products.
Final notes on returns:
Handmade items are unique and may vary slightly in terms of modeling and painting, which adds to their charm. We may not accept returns if the received item differs slightly from our store pictures.
If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend taking videos or pictures during unboxing, as this can serve as proof for us to file an insurance claim on your behalf.
If you are returning your order for any reason, please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received. We will process your return once the item has been successfully returned to us.
